A "matt" is a tangled mass of fur or hair that is in a pet's coat. This can be in the outer coat or the undercoat, depending on the type of dog and the type of coat.

The best interest of your pet is our TOP priority.

Our shop policy is to do the best we can to preserve a pet's coat without doing harm to the pet's skin or their emotional well being.

We want to be a place that your pet WANTS to come back to. That being said, we will not dematt a dog that will not tolerate the process, and we will not dematt a dog that is matted to the skin. In those extreme cases, it is always best to take the coat off and start fresh. This prevents damage to the skin and damage to the coat.​

What to Expect:

Arriving promptly for your appointment is key for our groomers to keep grooming times prompt and not delay other clients.

Consequently if you are going to be late for your appointment the additional costs may be included or you may have to reschedule depending on your groomers schedule that day.

If you are running late please give us a call at 317-999-5444 and let the receptionist know when you will be arriving so the necessary arrangements can be made.

We are a high-end dog grooming salon, retail boutique and daycare. With our larger play rooms we are able to give our clients the option to have their furry friends play before, during or after their grooming. Allowing your pup to join our play rooms, we find it lessens the anxiety that some dogs experience during grooming.

This is slightly different than how our old location was set up so please let us know if you have any questions before your next visit.

For your pup's safety we require up-to-date vaccinations of Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, Parvo & Leptospirosis.
​Be prepared to bring a copy of your current vaccination records and to fill out new client forms on your first visit.

Most grooming appointments last 3-4 hours.
This depends on both your pet and what is going on in the salon that day.
Express grooming is available on request and must be requested during appointment scheduling. Additional fees apply.
